Ajay Pandey is a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with over 8 years of continuous teaching experience, deeply rooted in traditional yogic practices and modern alignment-based methodologies. With a strong academic foundation and extensive practical exposure, Ajay brings clarity, precision, and depth to his teaching.

His approach emphasizes correct alignment, safe adjustments, mindful movement, and intelligent use of props, ensuring that yoga remains accessible, effective, and sustainable for practitioners of all levels.
