My journey into yoga started with a deep curiosity about the body and mind. Over the years, I have trained extensively and taught students from different backgrounds.
I believe yoga is not about flexibility — it’s about awareness, strength, and balance in life.
Through my teaching, I aim to simplify yoga so that anyone can practice safely and consistently.

Background
Formerly a fitness specialist with the U.S. Marine Corp., a counselor in residential and clinical settings, a program director at a university, and national long distance running coach, I've had joyous, appreciative and honorable opportunities to learn from people with varying psychological, emotional and intellectual capabilities, people living outside, first generation college students, and minorities in STEM fields. Personally, I am a two-time Ironman competitor, hiker, triathlete and paddleboarder.
The online classes from yoga school have truly helped me find calm and strength during busy days.
